Festival of British EventingThe Festival of British Eventing 2013: The FBI team has just come home after a very successful Gatcombe Festival of British Eventing. The crew all looked particularly smart in their sponsored Polo shirts with thanks to and in association with Zara Phillips and Musto. The next generation of the crew were there as always to lend a hand and enjoy all the activities at the event. Such a lovely team event.

Autumn 2012

After a turbulent 2012 Eventing season with lots of event cancellations due to the extreme weather, including the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park, we are now looking forward to the Indian Summer they keep promising us in September and a glorious 2012/2013 season!

The workshop is busy making lots of new portables for the new XC courses we are building at

We have started preparations for the Badminton Fun Ride at Badminton Park – don’t forget to put it in your diary ‘23rd September 2012’. One of our local clients Charlie Longsdon Racing has just had a very successful owners day. The Cheltenham Festival 2011

Cheltenham Festival 2011FBI have had a busy few months preparing for the Cheltenham Festival. We have installed a new Portable Steeplechase fence at the second last, moving it 239 yards from the bottom of the hill, round the bend and on to the finishing straight. The new fence with its new position jumped really well and the Festival was a huge success as always.

We were also very excited to have had a horse bred by Ollie Bush (Fraser’s mother) running in the Gold Cup and come 4th. ‘What A Friend’ is now destined for The Grand National…watch this space!

This year was another very successful year, with everyone pulling out all the stops to provide perfect going for the horses and riders. One spectator went a step too far though at the end of the day on Sunday when he tried to negotiate fence 7a in his car! “A Land Rover would have made it!

FBI removed the car with no harm done to fence or vehicle.
